Users are expected to log any technical issues immediately after each session and to leave the instrument clean and in its default configuration.

Consumables such as immersion oil, lens paper, and sample holders are provided by the department. Extended bookings exceeding 4 hours require advance approval. In case of malfunction during a session, do not attempt to repair the instrument — notify the supervisor immediately.
